Daniel P. Ray (Dan) has more than 15 years of investment management experience. He is responsible for the active portfolio management of client accounts.

Dan has worked in the Financial Services Industry for the past 15 years, serving as a financial adviser at a large national firm, working at a Michigan based hedge fund, and serving as an investment wholesaler for a California-based asset management firm. In addition to working with individual and institutional investors, Dan has helped financial advisers grow their businesses.

Prior to joining CU Trust, Dan was registered through LPL Financial as a Series 7 Registered Representative for Securities and as a Series 66 & 65 Investment Adviser Representative. He currently holds life and health insurance licenses in the state of Michigan.

Dan attended Northwood University and was a member of the basketball team before hanging up his Nike Air Jordans and transferring to Walsh College of Business, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance.

Dan enjoys spending his free time flying drones and watching football.
